A (tea) potted history

2020

August. We re-open a newly refurbished Realitea, and welcome our customers back to a 'new normal'.

2019

In partnership with Ripon Workhouse Museum, Sarita devised two teas 'Ripon Hornblower' & 'Matron's Minty Tea' to celebrate RHS Harlow Carr's 70th Anniversary. We were also namechecked on BBC Radio 4's 'Woman's Hour'

2016

TV cameras arrived on North Street as Sarita glammed up to feature on Channel 4's 'The Food Chain' describing how to make mini-samosas, part of our Raj High Tea

2015

The year we really landed. Our tapas nights hit the mainstream and were heavily oversubscribed. Our future MasterChef & CEO was born, makng it a memorable twelve months!

2014

August. Ripon won our six month long beauty contest and became the birthplace of Realitea. What a fantastic decision! We were overwhelmed by the help & support we received from the community
